 Though we make great efforts to provide well planned, quality, premium designs and drawings, based on the information provided by the client in terms of site context, soil condition, etc., or its promoters do not guarantee in any way the accuracy, completeness, of the material provided by us or the website itself and hence we are not responsible for any kind of loss if occurs from the plans/designs/ details provided. We recommend you to hire/consult a local site engineer to translate our drawings / make corrections as per site and soil conditions and to supervise construction.

Refund Policy: takes up each project with great care and commitment to ensure the client’s satisfaction. Every project will be allotted to a Spacecorp designer / architect immediately after confirmation and payment from the client and the work is commenced. We also revise the designs / plans if any changes are needed. (Maximum number of revisions is 4 for floor plans, 3 for elevation /façade designs, 2 for Interior designing service.) Since is a service / consultation based business, hence there is absolutely no Refund / Return / Money back /cancellation of any kind. So kindly talk to our team or read through and understand our services and scope of work mentioned in our page “Services and pricing.” Before payment and confirmation.

Payment and Fees: 

The payment should be made in advance. Refer “Services and pricing” page for more details. Cash on delivery is not available. Payments can be made through electronic means directly from our website or to our bank account. The transaction details should be shared to us through email or SMS once payment is made.


Delivery by is subject to, a.Timely advance / stage wise payments by the client as in “Services and pricing” page. b.Correctness of personal /contact information provided by you while registering. c.Availability of client for communications from team SpacecorpHome. d.Though we strive to deliver the designs and details as soon as possible, does not guarantee any timelines for delivery and hence will not make any compensations for the delays if any. If timely payments are not made, holds the right to terminate the services at that point.

For All Services apart from 'S-Elite' services, We have a 90 days delivery limit policy. This means, After taking our services If there is no contact from the client for 90 days, we close the project in our system. But, If any deliverables of the services were left unfulfilled and you want to obtain the same after 90 days, you can request the same by writing an email to: A Different Designer will have to be assigned for this. holds the right to take a decision on approving, based on the individual case.

Security : takes adequate measures to ensure security, and privacy of information given to us. And continuously try to make updates in the technologies to increase security. You need to be aware of inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the Internet. will not guarantee the security of any personal information you submit to our website. All online transactions made through the website are secured under strict security standards.

Client's role and responsibilities:


I. To provide detailed requirements of the project.

II. To provide a site plan, to a suitable scale, showing boundaries, contours at suitable intervals, existing physical features including any existing roads, paths, trees, existing structures, existing service and utility lines and such lines to which the proposed service can be connected. In case such information is not readily available, the Client shall arrange for the survey/ collection of necessary information and pay for the same.

III. To furnish reports on soil conditions and test as required by the Architect or pay for the preparation of the same.

IV. To furnish specific conditions/ needs/ vastu related requirements/ statutory stipulations/ Codes of Practice/Schedule of rates, etc., desired to be followed for projects.

*Structural Details are provided by 3rd party structural consultants. Verified soil test report of the site needs to be provided by the client compulsorily.

 If one or more provisions in the agreement are found to be invalid due to any reason, enforcement of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way. Such invalid provisions shall be revised to the extent that they are enforceable.

Design Partner Terms Agreement :

Design Partner Agreement :

This Design Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into, by and between [Spacetecture] (the “Company”), and [Design Partner Name] (the “Design Partner”).

WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of providing online architectural and interior design services; and

WHEREAS, the Design Partner is an individual who possesses knowledge and skills in architectural and interior design; and

WHEREAS, the Company desires to engage the Design Partner as an independent contractor to provide design services on a project-by-project basis;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

  1. Services. The Design Partner agrees to provide architectural and interior design services to the Company, as assigned by the Company. Such services shall be provided in a professional and timely manner consistent with industry standards.

  2. Compensation. The Design Partner shall be compensated for services rendered as mutually agreed between the parties, based on various criteria such as a. Type of Project, b. Scope of work, c. Fee charged to the Client by, and will be decided before allotment of a particular project. Payment will be made within [30] days of the Company receiving the Full payment from the Client for the respective project.

  3. Indemnification. The Design Partner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any act or omission of the Design Partner in the performance of services under this Agreement.

  4. Confidentiality. The Design Partner agrees to keep confidential any information obtained during the course of providing services under this Agreement, including but not limited to, client names, project details, and any other information designated by the Company as confidential.

  5. Independent Contractor Status. The Design Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. The Design Partner is solely responsible for all taxes, including but not limited to, federal, state and local taxes, social security taxes, and unemployment insurance taxes, associated with the compensation received from the Company under this Agreement.

  6. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Design Partner shall immediately return to the Company all confidential information and other property belonging to the Company.

  7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Karnataka.], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

  8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

  9. Any attempt to Bypass Spacecorp and communicate/deal with the Clients directly will result in the immediate termination of the Partnership.

  10.  Design Partner agrees that the information about his/her previous work, degree, professional experience etc., shared with the company is true as per his/her knowledge.

By Being a Design Partner with Spacetecture, you agree/acknowledge to the above terms
