Spacecorp Home was founded in 2017 with a mission to democratize design and enable everyone to get their homes designed by professional designers, architects, and engineers.
A beautiful home is something that everybody desires and deserves. Yet, due to the lack of qualified professionals in many localities or the high cost of professional design services, a large number of homes across the country continue to be built without proper planning, design, or technical expertise.
Spacecorp Home was created to change this.
From 2017 to 2025, Spacecorp Home operated under the leadership of Ar. Sujan, through Furgonomics Architects, laying a strong foundation for accessible, well-thought-out residential design and establishing the brand’s core philosophy.
From 2026 onwards, Spacecorp Home enters a new phase under the leadership of Er. Ranjith, Founder of R-Dimension, carrying forward the original vision while strengthening the platform with deeper technical integration, execution-focused design thinking, and a renewed emphasis on buildability and long-term performance, under the guidance of Ar. Sujan.
Today, Spacecorp Home stands as one of India’s first completely online premium design services, connecting homeowners with a strong team of qualified and experienced designers, architects, and engineers—delivering thoughtful, professional designs at accessible and transparent costs.

Under the leadership of Er. Ranjith, the studio enters a renewed phase of growth and direction, building upon a strong design legacy while steering the practice towards contemporary, context-driven, and execution-focused solutions. As the Founder & Managing Director, Ranjith leads the firm’s vision, operations, and project delivery, ensuring a seamless integration of design intent with on-ground execution.
The practice is further strengthened by the guidance of Ar. Sujan, Founder & Honorary Director, whose foundational vision and experience continue to inspire the studio’s design philosophy, and Ar. Ruchitha, Design Lead, who anchors the creative direction and design excellence across projects.
Our team comprises a collaborative network of 20+ talented designers, architects, and engineers, including award-winning professionals from across India. Together, we have worked on a diverse range of projects—from premium villas and mass housing to large-scale institutional, commercial, hospitality, and urban design developments.
