NOTE

• Renders/animations are indicative only.

• Only services mentioned are included in the fee structure.

• Fee to be charged :  59 Rs / SFT (+ GST) of built-up area.

• Calculation of built-up area : Footprint area of building on site X number of floors.

• Tentative Time needed : 3 working days for first floor layout + 4 days for first elevation + 14 days for detailing after finalization of design + 14 days for Interior Design. (May vary depending on time taken by Client for finalizing design).

• After finalization of design : 30%

• Before issue of stage 2 drawings : 30%

• Before interior design : 10%

• Additional options/revisions will be chargeable.
