.NET Framework 3.5 didn't have a portable profile. Do you have this problem within Visual Studio 2010? I noticed once I installed Visual Studio 2012 on my own computer, the .NET Framework 3.5 was actually removed, likely because .NET 4.5 contains it.
Visual Studio 2010 comes with .NET Framework 4 and supports developing applications targeting Windows 7. It supports IBM Db2 and Oracle databases, in addition to Microsoft SQL Server. It has integrated support for developing Microsoft Silverlight applications, including an interactive designer. Visual Studio 2010 offers several tools to make parallel programming simpler: in addition to the Parallel Extensions for the .NET Framework and the Parallel Patterns Library for native code, Visual Studio 2010 includes tools for debugging parallel applications. The new tools allow the visualization of parallel Tasks and their runtime stacks. Tools for profiling parallel applications can be used for visualization of thread wait-times and thread migrations across processor cores. Intel and Microsoft have jointly pledged support for a new Concurrency Runtime in Visual Studio 2010and Intel has launched parallelism support in Parallel Studio as an add-on for Visual Studio.

The workaround that works for me and that I ultimately used is to target the Visual Studio 2008 (VC 9.0) Platform Toolset from within my Visual Studio 2010 projects as suggested here and here. There were three key upsides for me with this solution:
Now, there is no ISO file for visual studio 2017RC, you could create an offline installation of visual studio 2017RC, please refer to here: -us/visualstudio/install/create-an-offline-installation-of-visual-studio

There is no doubt there is something different a live performance when compared to a studio recording. The raw emotion, the adrenaline, the pitch of the artist as they dance or move about the stage and the audience feedback is something that simply cannot be duplicated in a studio environment. However, acquiring a good quality copy of such a performance demands carrying around a good portable recording device.

Predicting a stable three-dimensional structure from any given amino acid sequence using first physical principles remains a formidable computational challenge. Aiming to recruit human visual and strategic powers to the task, we created an online multiplayer game called Foldit, in which thousands of nonscientists compete and collaborate to produce a rich set of search strategies for protein structure refinement. This work, published in the August 2010 issue of Nature, shows that even computationally complex scientific problems can be effectively crowd-sourced using interactive multiplayer games. 2b1af7f3a8
